Partial Cutting with the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine

 Hello, Welcome back!

Today I want to show you how to use a cutting die when you want to cut just one segment from that shape.

I'm doing that to cut the top of this box's handles, one of the dies I'm using is part of the Tasteful Labels dies, the smallest one to cut the inner oval is from the Stitched Shapes dies.

I'm also using the Oh So Ombre paper pack that is for FREE with your purchase during the Sale-A-Bration promotion, this pack is double sided and it features four stunning colors: Rococo Rose, Blackberry Bliss, Bermuda Bay and Granny Apple Green with an ombre look, some are plain some have a white mini circles pattern.

The Sale-A-Bration promotion ends on Febrary 28th and after that this paper pack will not be available for purchase, so grab that wish list to make your purchase today and get this paper pack as one of your freebies!

To make the box you will need two pieces of the Oh So Ombre paper pack, one plain and one patterned, the one with the pattern just cut at 3 inches and the plain one cut at 3 inches and then at 5 1/2, so will end up with 2 pieces that measure 3 x 5 1/2

Then you need a Basic Black piece of cardstock that measures, 8 1/2 x 8 1/2

On one side score at 1 1/2 and 7

On the other side score at 3 1/2 x 5

And that's is, here is the video on how to partial die cut the handles and assembling.

Here is the product list used to make this box, just Add All to the Cart to go to the Online Stores where you will be able to modify your selection and choose your FREE products!
